On November 15th, 노구라 카지노 held special ceremony for celebrating retirement of Professor Shin at Kangwon University after long research activities in libertarian philosophy field. As an notable libertarian in Korea, Prof. Shin is an expert in Karl Popper's Philosophy. He translated Friedrich Hayek's 'The Fatal Conceit' into Korean and also compiled Milton Friedman's Free to Choose' into easy words for students in order to spread libertarian ideas more effectively among young generations.
